PROSPECTS OF REFLOATING HER GOOD. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI Received 11 a.m. to-day. BRISBANE, Aug. 21. A message from Rockhampton .states that as a result of salvage operations on the wrecked steamer Cooma, the vessel appeared to be afloat. Everything being tig lit, a n attempt to move the ship into dteep water by her own power failed. Two tugs are now oroceeding to the scene to endeavour to tow her off the reef.
