Mr. A. W. Buxton, of Christchurch, is staying at the Central Hotel during a brief visit to Hawera. Mr and Mrs TV. Russell, of Auckland, are at present on a brief visit to Hawera. They are staying at the Central Hotel. * Messrs A. H. Pellow and V. Nolan, of Auckland, who -have been in Hawera. for several days, intend returning to Auckland to-morrow morning. Mrs J. G. Coates, wife of the Prime Minister, met with an accident on Tuesday night, according to a Wellington telegram, through'a mat slipping on a polished floor as she was leaving her home for a. social function. Mrs Coates fell, breaking -a. hone in her right wrist, and will have to wear a splint for some weeks. Ten years younger since JJhemno cured liis rheumatism; 4/6. —Advt.
