The recoin-mendiatio-n: was adopted.

The Auckland Football Association wrote that the management committee Iliad decided that registration lees for last season would be .paid, together with. this year’.s fees. This, was received with general satisfaction. In reference to a dispute which had arisen, between the Auckland Football Association and the Auckland Referees’ Association, it was decided that no action could be taken by the Council at the present time. The suspensions of J. McDonald for one playing, Saturday for using obscene language to a referee and of J. K. Jjallantyne for'the remainder of the season: for using obscene language to a. referee and also to. the executive of the Wanganui Association were confirmed. The North Auckland Association, reported having suspended J. Malcolm for three playing Saturdays for migentlemanly conduct. This was approved.
