All the long bright summer Litt.e apple tree, Decked with rosy apples You we.e’ fair to see. We hate stored your apples On the hay so soft, In a cosy corner Of the snug, warm loft. All your leaves are scattered, For the autumn gales And the frosty mornings Made you furl your sails.
