ALTERATIONS IN TOUR PROGRAM AIR.

It was denitedy decided to-night that the Nenv Zealand League football team for England would leave by the Aorangi from Auckland an August 3, instead! of by the Tainui from, Wellington. on August 14. Tilrey will reach Liverpool on August 31. The change was rendered necessary by the fact that the English League required the team to play its first, game in the middle of September. Arrangements have been made with the Canadian National Railways for the team to travel in a special tourist ear from Vancouver to Memtreial. It wiats stated that the extra cost of travelling by Canada would be about £IOOO. Tills alteration of the plans means the abandonment of the proposed! match in Wellington, for August 4 The appointment was approved of Mr J. 11. O’Shanghnesy,. of Christchurch, as the official: Press agent on the tour. LONDON, July 22, Till© New Zealand!
