RETURNS FROM NEW SOUTH WALES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 10.25 a.in. to-dav. SYDNEY. July 2. The return of building operations for the year ended' on Wednesday show that during that time 10,996 new buildings were completed at a cost of £12.456.000. as compared with 11,600, at a. cost- of £13,333,000, for the previous year.
