COMPULSION FAVOURED. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., June 16. At the annual meeting last night of the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers’ Association a resolution was carried supporting the movement to intro, duce compulsory grading of cream on a differential basis of payment, and urging the necessity for following it with a similar move in respect to farm dairy instruction, which the association considered was of equal, if not of greater importance than compulsory cream grading. , . .
