STARTLING DOCUMENTS. IN SPANISH POSSESSION. EY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT Pec-eived 10.50 a.m. to-day. LONDON, June 2. The Daily News states that while it was reported' thia.t France possessed documents showing the extent to which European countries, particularly Russia., Germany and Italy, had helped Kri.ni, Spain has obtained much more startling documents from Krim T s brother, Simohammed, prior to Krini’s surrender, alleging that General Lvautey had entered into direct negotiations with Krim, which were to be detrimental to Spain, six months before .France entered the war, also- that he. allowed manufacturers to supply Krim with munitions. When negotiations broke down, General Lvautey realised that Krim. was using France as a. pawn, and found a pretext for declaring war. A British officer, formerly employed in the Indian supply transport service, conveyed the letters to the political leaders- in Madrid. —Sydney Sun Cable.
