Air. K. Sharpe's special orchestra was in splendid form, and the four AL’s.C., Messrs Bootten, Guy, Hoskin, and Greenhough, kept the dancers going until two o’clock in the morning. The novelty “spot” waltz was won by Air. W. Minhinnick and partner, and the card dance was won by Mr. Winters and partner, the prizes in each case being presented hv Air. W. B. Guy. The chairman of the committee, Air. 0. Booiten, supervised the young bachelors in the preparation of supper, and the smart manner in which they served it was commented upon by several. The committee desires to thank all these ladies who provided the supper, and also Air. 1,. Preece for supplying greenery for decorations, Ali. i’. At. Pratt for the designing of several posters, ami Alisses Bootten and Alickleson for making several rosettes to he worn by members of the committee. The most popular waltz of the evening was the “chain” waltz, the orchestra- being recalled no less, than seven times before the dancers wore satisfied. Miss Al.
