Fat Lambs.— Extra prime heavy lambs sold to 35s 7d; prime heavy, 28s 6d to 32s : medium-weight prime, 27s to 30s; medium quality, 24s to 26s 6d; light lambs, 20s 6d to 23s 6d. Fat Sheep. —Extra prime wethers sold to 40s Id ; prime, 32s to 35s 6d; medium 29s 6d to 31s 6d; light, 27,s 9d to 28s 9d ; extra prime ewes, 23s 6d to 275; medium. 20s to 235; light, ,L6s to 19s 6d ; aged. 13s 6d to 15s Bd. FRIGES AT WESTFIELD. AUCKLAND. June 2. A,t the Westfield tsale there was a large vardiiaig of beef, consisting chiefly of row and heifer heel. Ox beef was very firm, hut cow and ’heifer was decidedly easier. Extra choice and prime ox made 31 s per 1001 b; choice land prime,, 27si to 30«; ordiirary and plain 23s to 265. Prime young cow and heifer beef, 24s ; oudimary, 18s to 21®; rough, 12s to 16s. Sheep.—A. large yarding, values feeing slightly easier to.wards the end of the sale. Competition was very slack.
