North Island Oliampion.shijp sheep dog trials, the weather being blue, but cold. The long head competition;, in which there are 47 entries, was not finished to-day, there being ten dogs still to compete. The result will not he known till, noon to-morrow. In the .short head and yard there a.re 40 competitors, and in the hunltawlay 23 entries have been .received, so that the trials wilt take up to Friday to finish.
