Arrangements for the dance to he held at Riverlen on Friday next, the 21st inst., are well in hand, and a good attendance is assured. The< flooi, as usual, will be in tip-top condition, and the supper up to the usual standard. The music is to be provided by the over-popular Boulton’s professional orchestra, and the duties of M’s.C. will be carried out by Messrs E. M ills and E. Gibbons. - Entries for the New Plymouth \V inter Show and Poultry Show - close' tomorrow (Friday) evening at 9 o clock with the secretary Taranaki A. and P. Society (Mr W. P.
