SATURDAY’S MATCHES.
PATEA DEFEATS OPUNAKE. TUKAPA AND OLD BOYS GO UNDER. The third playing Saturday of the Taranaki Rugby Union’s fixtures provided good weather in the various centres of the province. In the southern division interest centred in the senior game between Patea and Opunakc, at the river town, this being the only southern senior game played. The day’s play leaves the positions of the senior teams thus:— SOUTHERN DIVISION.
