(Br TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Alay. 6.

The -failure of the Home authorities to form an Imperial advisory board in order to give the Dominion Rugby Union a say in the control of the game so far as the international aspect is concerned was received with disappointment by the New Zealand Rugby Union, and a further endeavour is to be made to have an Imperial advisory board set up. At to-day’s meeting Air Dean (chairman) said he thought that if a man was sent Home this year he would be able to press the matter, so that the board would become an accomplished fact. It was time New Zealand had its full say on the governing body. He thought, that in addition to the Maori manager another man should be attacehd to the party for the purpose of attending the international conference.
