MOROCCAN CONFERENCE.
PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS WAIVED. NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT. OUJDA, April 26. France and Spain have agreed to waive the preliminary conditions of the peace conference, and the Riffs’ delegates are expected to return. The conference will proceed on the basis of the original terms.
