TIME LIMIT FOR RIFFS. FRANCO-SPANISH DECISION. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COP YRIGHT. ' PARIS, April 26. The French and Spanish Governments have fixed May 1 as- the time limit- for the conclusion of negotiations with the Riffs. If no agreement has been reached then the French and Spaniards will resume the offensive.— Reuter.
