EUROPEAN AVIATION.
FRANCO-GERMAN AGREEMENT. A DIFFICULTY ARISES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 1.25 p.m. to-day. PARIS, April 15. In connection with the “Quotidien’s” report, it appears that while an agreement has been reached in regard the establishment of air lines, there are still difficulties with regard 10 the rules laid down by the Conference of Ambassadors in 1920, with, a view to discriminating between military and :< mmercial aviation, concerning which Germany is demanding a i evision of the rules so as to allow ex-officers of the German Air Force to be employed in commercial aviation. It is hoped a solution will shortly be reached, and the convention signed.—Reuter.
