The French Government will not accept the Caillaux-Ohurcliill debt agreement as .binding, M. Peret told the Paris correspondent of the Financial Times. He said he hoped, as a result of liis coming London negotiations, to secure more favourable, terms. A safety clause must also be inserted, making the payments dependent on German reparations.—Sydney Sun Cable
