Briand was holding, a conference with tbe Moroccan experts, news was received that Krim had attacked two tribes who recently submitted to the French, and advanced twelve ‘to fifteen miles. It is reported that Krim is utilising the proposed visit of the Sultan of Morocco to Paris as propaganda, and is invoking the Koran law prohibiting the Sultan’s departure from Morocco. — Swinev Sun Cable.
