£3O TO SEE THE SUN.

PLEASURE PARTY’S AERIAL FLIGHT. A pleasure party numbering six went to Oroydon aerodrome a few weeks ago and paid £3O to catch a glimpse of .the sun. They told the. officials, that gloomy days had made them iso wish to see the sun that if an aeroplane could fly high enough, to get into the sunshine they would charter it.

The party asioended in ,a machine which attained a height of 6500 ft. Here, to their delight, they cruised for some time .in brilliant sunshine. On descending they said they considered the £3O well spent.
