FRENCH TROOPS.
TO EVACUATE SAAR; BASIN. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. NEW YORK, April 2. A,Paris message announces that- the Government has ordered the complete evacuation of the Saar basin by French troops, which have been maintaining order under the direction of the League of Nations Commission until the recruitment of a local gendarmerie, which had now been organised.
