FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. VIENNA, April 3. It is believed that the munition explosion was due to foul play, and that a time fuse bomb was purposely included among the ammunition. The perpetrator is unknown. Twenty were killed and 100 injured when a munition waggon exploded in a crowded section of the main street of Prague on March 6.
