THE CUMBERLAND SEAT. AN INTERESTING ANOMALY. . BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. SYDNEY. March 26. The State Parliament has been prorogued until June 1. This has created a peculiar position in connection .with Mr. Shand’s succession to. the late Hon. Fitzsimmons’ Cumberland seat.
