BY CAB BE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 1.50. p.m. to-day. LONDON, March 18. In the House of Commons, Commander Locker-Sampson, replying to Captain Shaw, said that during the Locarno conference Germany was told that, as a member of the League, she might be a possible 1 candidate for colonial mandates, but it was incorrect to suggest that any promise or undertaking was given. The question who ther such undertaking had the ap proval of the Dominions did not therefore arise.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
