The Independent Labour Painty’s Empire Commission’s report urges the.establishment of a wo rid-wide organisation of free peoples, co-operation in production and distribution of products, the British Government .purchasing the Dominions’ surplus, and all -Governments to, own the ship®. The report advocates that ambassadors should replace high commissioners. and that Britain should send 1 ambassadors to the Dominions. —Sydney Sun Gable.
