The jury hearing the Government’s charge of conspiracy against eleven individuals and forty-two produce dealing companies of Western Canada, on Saturday night convicted four individuals and four companies, and sentenced them to pay a fine of 25,000 dollars each. Other defendants were acquitted in one of the most sensational criminal trials in the history of Canada.
