LOADED BY NON-UNION LABOUR. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION - COPYRIGHT. Received 1.25 p.m. to-day. HOBART, March 11. Following a dispute between the watersiders and the Electrolytic Zinc Co. over rates for handling zinc cargoes, the Union Company’s steamer Hanna has been declared black by watersiders because she discharged coal and loaded zinc by non-union labour.
