SPANISH AVIATION HERO. JOY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY LONDON, Feb. 23. The Spanish Government has presented Commandant Franco’s seaplane to the Argentine*"nation. Spaniards widely hail Commandant Franco as possessing superhuman powers, and suggest that a holiday should be observed on the tenth of . every month, and that compulsory civic and military processions should be held throughout Spain to commfemorate his immortal achievement in flying to South America.
