The Sketch says that, in response to a public demand to eliminate middlemen’s orofits, it has decided, to emu’ate the Dominions and institute an extensive cash on delivery parcel post, embracing agricultural produce, bringing it from the farmyard to. the doorstep. The paper will charge probably threepence a parcel for its service of collecting the cash and handing it over t-c. the farmer.
