STEAMERS TIE UP. BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. SYDNEY, Feb. 25. A further development has occurred in the dispute between the owners of coastal vessels and the seamen. The owners have paid off the crews of five steamers, which will be tied up pending a settlement of the dispute. One steamer, which arrived at .a coastal port, where the seamen refused to unload the cargo unless paid wharf labourers’ rates, has been recalled to Sydney, where she will tie up.
