In. the Magistrate’s Court, John Byron Hamilton, an American, who had not a license to drive, was charged with negligent driving in Adelaide Road. It was alleged also that he had been under the influence of drink. Tlie facts were admitted, and the magistrate imposed a fine of £ls. Hamilton was ordered to make good the damage done, and it was decreed that he be disqualified from getting a driver’s license for three years.
