BUSINESS NOTICES. Solid improvement is shown at Mr A. R. Elgin-’s hairdressing establishment in High Street, Hawera, for, in addition to malting improvements and giving more accommodation in his men’s saloon, he has taken in another room and made of it a very neat and comfortable ladies’ saloon. He has in-, stalled a new chair of the latest and most improved type and all requisite appointments. The whole room is neatly finished and painted in white and looks really well. The work pf the ladies’ haircutting is all done by Mr Elgar himself, he having made a specialty of the work.
