CIVIL CLAIAIS DEALT WITH. The Alagistrate’s Court eat at Hawera to-day, when civil business was dealt with by Air J; S. Barton,"S.M. UNDEFENDED CIVIL CLAIAIS. Judgment for the plaintiff with costs was delivered in dach of the following undefended civil cases: G. Spraekett v. W. G. Tiddy and J. F. Tiddy, £4O 7s lOd (costs £3 16s Gd); J. AI. Townsend v. Hawe Pateri, £8 12s (costs £1 17s 6d); Ellen Harrington v. Charles Candy and Violet I. Candy, £2 os (costs £4 6s 6d); Gyde and Barringer v. Titiku, 10s (costs 13s); same v. Joshua I. Jones, £2 8s (costs £1 3s .6d). JUDGAIENT SUAIAIONS. In the judgment summons case J. E. Smith v. Sam Rourangi, the judgment debtor was ordered to pay, the amount owing, £4 15s, forthwith, in default five days’ imprisonment.
