FOREIGNERS NOT WANTED. • BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Feb. 5, 12.20 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 5. The Registrar of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court has granted an application made by the Water side rs’ Federation for an amendment to its constitution, which will have the effect of excluding from membership Asiatics and other foreigners who are not naturalised British subjects.
