EVERYONE A SEER.
FUTURE RADIO MARVELS. TESLA’S PREDICTIONS. NEW YORK, Jan. 25. In a published interview, Nikola Tesla, the electrician and inventor, who frequently sought to communicate with Mars, predicts that the application of radio principles in a comparatively brief period' will enable people carrying a small instrument in their pockets to see distant events, !ik e international games, the effetes of an earthquake, or a battle, as though they were present; He also predicts that by th e propulsion of flying machines subject to radio control international'boundaries will be largely obliterated. A further prediction is that the workl’s internal heat will he tapped for use in industrial power. M. Tesla is evidently referring to the development of television and the transmission of power by wireless, both of which phases of radio are now being carried out in an experimental way.
