The grand jury at the Supreme Court at Auckland yesterday, says a Press Association message, returned no b'i's in tire eases of Ronald George Frankham, aged 27, charged with manslaughter arising out of a motor accident: Phil’ip Michael Sullivan, aged 19. a trimmer oil the lonic, ohaiged with manslaughter: and Walter Joseph Uickers. charged with assault and causing actual bodily harm. The accused were accordingly discharged.
