HURT WHILE HUNTING. COLLARBONE FRACTURE. HOW AC(' 1 DENT 11A PP E NED. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Jan. 28. The Prince of Wales fell while hunting and fractured his collar-bone. The accident occurred in open country. The hounds were going at a great pace, and a big field was following. The Prince took a difficult hedge, flanked by two ditches. The horse cleared the obstacle, stumbled fell. The scene of the accident was Littleshelton. The Prince’s injuries consist of a fractured left collar-bone and bruises. He was assisted immediately by several followers and conveyed in a motor car to a local surgery, where he was treated. The fracture was set and X-rayed. It appeared to be a perfectly clean, simple break. There are no complications, and a rapid and complete recovery is confidently expected. The Prince looked cheerful and well on his arrival in London. and assured those who welcomed him that he was )>erfectly all right. Tt is offioiallv reported that the Prince’s accident is unlikely to interfere with his engagements.
