MEETINGS. lIA WE R A CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY FACTORY CO., LTD. is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Hawera Co-opera-tive Dairy Factory Company, Limited, will bo held in the upstairs meeting room, Winter Show Buildings, Princes Street, Hawera, on MONDAY, the Bth day of FEBRUARY, 1926, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose—(l) Of considering and, if thought fit, approving of the draft new Articles of Association which will be submitted to the meeting; and (2) In the event of the approval thereof, with or without modifi cations, to consider and. if thought lit, to pass a special resolution “that the draft new Articles of Association, as approved at a meeting of the members of the Company on the.
