MATCH AT NEW PLYMOUTH. In a contest, over three distances at Western Park, New Plymouth, on Tuesday evening—quarter-mile, half and three-quarter mile —D. George beat Aroa in the quarter and three-quarter mile, while Aroa won the half-mile. The times were. 32-sec, Imin 11 sec, and Imin 5G 2-ssce. C. Parker beat L. Olaffey in the quarter and' half-mile in SGsec- and Imin 20sec.
