The Bucharest correspondent of the limes says: “A press censorship has been proclaimed throughout Roumania. Tlie Government has taken this action in order to prevent further discussion of Carol’s renunciation, which incident it considers, is definitely c’osed. The reproduction in the Roumanian press of foreign press comment on the incident is also forbidden. Blank spaces yvill not be allowed, and the newspapers, being compelled to rep 1 ace the suppressed matter. Foreign newspapers and periodical are also being censored. Those containing matter considered to be injurious to Roumania are being confiscated. Newspaper proprietors are protesting against the censorship as being unconstitutional, and threaten to suspend publication unless the restrictions are removed.” -'-Times.
