In both the- theoretical and practical .sections the candidates have acquitted themselves in a manner which reflects the greatest credit on itliemoolvos and their teachers, whose methods are very thorough. The work iseivt in by Edward Norris was particularly good, the neatness, a ecu racy and general display of his work were very pleasing indeed,’ and he will, if lie perseveres, make a mark for himself in the commercial world. Edward Norris is awarded the gold medall for ]920. In conclusion J beg to congratulate the candidates on their splendid results, the teachers on the magnificent
work done by them in bringing their pupils to such a high standard of work, and the parents on having such efficient and painstaking teachers for their children.
