BRITAIN’S 810 SCHEME, I NCR EA SED EL ECTRI CITY. LONDON, Dec. 22. The Government, lias completed a plan for augmenting and cheapening 1 tie national supply of electricity, ready for introduction in the coming Parliamentary session. Experts having reported the superiority of foreign electrical arrangements, it is considered likely that Britain will take the lesson and decide on a scheme more effective ami bigger than anything yet conceived. This will incalculably help agriculture and stop the migration front the countryside to the towns. It is expected that the electric power output will he increased fivefold within then ext 12 to lb years.
