GREEK EX-PREMIERS.
IMPLICATED IN COMMUNIST PLOT DEPRIVED OF CITIZENSHIP. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. ATHENS, Dec. 30. Three ex-Premiers, MM. Michalacoupulos, Cafandaris and Papanastassiou, have been deprived of citizenship, in consequence of conduct detrimental to the integrity of the State. The Government discovered a Communist plot for a revolt of the army and the navy in the New Year. M. Pangalos in a communique forbids the press to publish speeches and articles by the former Premier, M. Cafandaris, or by M. Michalacoupulos and M. Papanastassiou, on the ground that they have forfeited the right to call themselves statesmen and even Greek citizens.
