Briand) has decided to resign unless Cabinet accepts the proposals of the Minister for Finance (M. Doumer). The Chamber is preparing tor the busiest week in its _ history, sitting a'most continuously discussing the provisional estimate and other financial proposals, which must he passed before the year expires.
