The Pope’s encyclical, announcing the inauguration on December 31 of a movement to consecrate mankind to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, trusts that Parliaments and international bodies will recognise this Kingdom of Christ, whereby they wi’l be enabled to- remedy errors.
