Received Dec. 21, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 20, Congratulations from Australia, New Zealand, Argentine, United States, Shanghai, Penang, Jerusalem, Rangoon, and other parts of the Empire were read at the tenth birthday of Toe H', celebrated at a great gathering at the Albert Hall. It was attended by the Prince of Wales qnd the high commissioners for the Dominions. Padre Clayton appeared on the stage and delivered a striking address, appealing for an extension of comradeship and helpfulness. The Prince of Wales lit over thirty new lamps of maintenance, including those for Sydney, New Zealand, and India.—Reuter.
