There will he an immediate test ot votino- strength, .which, the C'onseervatives "claim, they can win. They have within five of half the total membership of the House. Some Independents will vote 1 with the Conservatives and if there is any considerable movement of Independents against him, Mr. Mackenzie King will be outvoted and will retire.
