The Daily Telegraph, in an editorial on migration, states that by the beginning of the new year two large schemes will be working, the Australian plan, which includes loans, and the Canadian plan, which aims at bridging the Atlantic at a nominal cost to the settler and eliminates the loan policy. The results of these experiments in diverse directions will be watched with livelv interest.
