TURBULENT CONSTABLES.
MUTINIES IN IRELAND. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Dec. 14. . A Belfast message states that a platoon of special constables at Ballycastle, Antrim, resenting their break-ing-up owing to the boundary agreement, mutinied, seized arms and ammunition, and detained the officers and non-commissioned officers. The Derry City constables telegraphed to the Premier of Ulster (Sir James Craig) demanding a gratuity. Meantime they seized stores and equipment.
