NEW RADIO SERVICE.

BRITISH NEWS BUDGETS. THREE DAILY TRANSMISSIONS. LONDON, Nov. 30. The British wireless news service, averaging 1800 words a day, will he transmitted in Morse at noon, 8 p.m., and midnight (Greenwich time). The service, which will be restricted to British news, will include Parliamentary speeches and Foreign Office statements. The authorities state that the service is particularly intended to provide for outlying parts of the Empire, not now so well served as Australia, Canada and Africa, which have excellent services. The wave length will depend on the result of the December experiments.
